Deposits

When making an order with us we will always first have a chat over the phone or email to make sure we are providing you with the best possible solution for your site.

After this the next step we take a Deposit payment of 60%. This will secure your build slot with us in the workshop and we can then provide you with your final delivery & installation date. The remainder payment is made upon competition of delivery & installation. All payments are easy to make through our online payment system with any credit or debit card or via bacs payment.

We will always provide you with our next available build slot and delivery date, this process from deposit payment to installation is usually around 3-4 weeks.

Installation

At Nature’s Calling we pride ourselves on doing a thorough job from start to finish. This is why we take total ownership of the installation process, and when we’re finished (this includes topping it up when fresh sawdust and eco toilet roll) your new toilet, shower or kitchen will be ready for use straight away.

We have a small range of options for bases for Nature’s Calling building to be sat upon. Please get in touch for more information.

We deliver and install all our builds personally, all we need to access to the site and we are good to go!

Delivery

Our Toilets, Sowers, and Kitchens we provide are built to be as big and comfortable as necessary to feel spacious and luxurious. This means that most of our installations get delivered and assembled to completion personally by us!

We understand that buying any Nature’s Calling product is a calculated investment made by you so we aim to keep delivery costs to a minimum. We are happy to offer free delivery within 100 miles of EX23 9NL, this covers all of Cornwall, Devon, and a little further beyond. For deliveries past this, we charge a small fee.
